Jonathan is a Partner with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP (Vancouver) and Co-Leader of the Firm’s National Litigation Management Team. He is a civil litigator practising in the areas of insurance litigation, product liability, and transportation law. Jonathan’s insurance litigation practice involves representing insurance companies and corporations in a wide range of claims including life and disability, accidental death, critical illness, creditor, personal injury, motor vehicle, occupiers’ liability, and general tort claims. Jonathan also served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association (CBIA) from 2018-2023 and chaired the Audit and Risk Management Committee from 2022-2023.
