Avril has been a litigator since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She started her career at a full-service law firm where she gained invaluable experience litigating a variety of disputes.  She then moved in-house where she was actively involved in all areas of its litigation specializing in disability and life insurance, employment and wealth management disputes.

Co-Creating Results Mediators was the obvious choice when considering the next step in her career. Connecting with people and working with them to resolve their disputes has always been the most fulfilling part of her practice.

Avril continues to value her connections with all members of the Insurance industry as the best part of her career.
