She has a deep understanding and knowledge of the life and health industry due to her 10+ years as Senior Counsel in the litigation department of a national life and health insurer. Susan has dedicated her efforts to assisting conflicting parties in resolving their disputes with a focus on ensuring fairness, equitable treatment, and cost efficiency.
