As a Litigation Partner at Stewart McKelvey, Michelle provide legal solutions and risk management to corporate commercial clients in a variety of industries including banking, energy, telecommunications, and construction, and to insurers in the areas of disability insurance personal injury, property insurance, etc. She represent clients in commercial arbitrations, small claims, and Supreme Court and Federal Court matters, as well as appeals to the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Canadian International Trade Tribunal, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. She is also dedicated to the Nova Scotia legal community, for example, volunteering as Co-Chair of the Nova Scotia Barristers Society's Gender Equity Committee and as a member of the Board of the Lawyers' Insurance Association of Nova Scotia.
