He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989 and the Alberta Bar in 1992 and has appeared a counsel of record on matters in every province except Quebec and PEI; having conducted Trials in Ontario and Alberta and having appeared in the Court of Appeal in BC, Alberta and Ontario.
