Adam is a partner in the Osler's Privacy and Data Management group, and is based out of Calgary and Vancouver. Adam has extensive experience advising clients regarding provincial and federal privacy legislation and complaints made to privacy regulators, and has acted as lead counsel through federal and provincial inquiries and investigations.

Adam also assists clients in standing up privacy and data security programs, conducting tabletop training, and in responding to ransomware, cybersecurity and other privacy and data related incidents. He is a Certified Information and Privacy Professional with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Adam has extensive experience in workplace privacy matters. Adam has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in Alberta, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
