I am the AVP of Field Leader Effectiveness in SLFD. Our team advocates for Field Leaders and Advisors on many projects and programs delivered to the field.
We produce weekly reporting that illustrates performance and opportunities for improvement in our key drivers for growth as well as our field leader support measures related to sales management practices. We conduct in-depth analysis on sales performance identifying key insights for senior leaders and make recommendations on areas of focus and programming to improve results.
We are also working to develop a comprehensive Field Leader Skill development program including in-person, small group and self guided training and development programming. The skill development program is a component of our overall Field Leader effectiveness mandate that includes performance management, succession planning and overall performance of the field leadership team.
In addition we represent Field Leaders on many projects and working groups ensuring that the voice of the field is always considered.
