Kristen has over a decade of experience dedicated to representing taxpayers. Her practice covers tax administration and controversy, including complex trials, motions, and appeals before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. Kristen regularly represents corporations and individuals in their interactions with Canada’s tax authorities. She has successfully managed largescale refund requests, objections, taxpayer relief requests, and audits.

Kristen has substantial experience in representing taxpayers in complex tax litigation, including BlackBerry (2024 TCC 123), Coopers Park Real Estate Development Corporation (2022 TCC 82), Agracity Ltd (2020 TCC 91), Viterra (2019 FCA 55), Patel (2020 FCA 27).
