Francois is a Senior Tax Manager in KPMG’s Financial Services Tax Practice. He specializes in financial services taxation, working with a broad spectrum of clients across the banking, capital markets, insurance, and broker-dealer industries.

With extensive experience across tax assurance, compliance, and advisory services, Francois supports both regulated and non-regulated public and private organizations of all sizes.

Francois has assisted life insurance companies and other financial institutions in determining the impact of the EIFEL rules to their organization as well as implementing mitigation strategies.
