Jennifer Carew is a Partner in Deloitte Canada’s Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) practice, specializing in tax process optimization and technology-enabled transformation. With over a decade of experience, she helps organizations design and implement scalable tax solutions through ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), as well as tax engine and system integrations. She leads complex initiatives focused on tax determination, process optimization, and embedding tax within global ERP rollouts, leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insights within tax functions. Jennifer is actively advancing the application of AI in tax, working with clients to identify use cases and exploring how generative and agentic AI can enhance tax operations.
