Rachael is a partner in KPMG Canada’s International Corporate Tax group in the Greater Toronto Area and has experience in both the UK and North American markets. Rachael advises public and private multinationals with complex global structures, specializing in Pillar Two legislation. She supports clients with impact assessments, planning, and end-to-end technology implementations to ensure Pillar Two compliance. Her experience includes leading multiple Pillar Two engagements for UK-, US-, and Canada-parented groups, conducting data workshops, and collaborating with tax technology teams to streamline reporting and implement Pillar Two solutions. Rachael’s experience spans providing UK and international tax advisory services on matters such as cross-border expansion, group and shareholder reorganizations, acquisitions and disposals, and tax risk management and governance. Additionally, Rachael’s experience includes advising on global tax provisioning, including IAS 12 accounting treatment for income taxes.
