With custom foot orthotic claims continuing to be time-consuming to adjudicate, the Pedorthic Association of Canada would like to suggest ways to enhance the process.
Improving the client experience and ensuring members receive the highest level of care by consistently listing qualified providers in policy and making it easier for members to find approved providers. We have created checklists and questions to help insurers determine the eligibility for custom orthotics to help streamline the administrative process.
