Principal Adviser at LS Travel Insurance Company, Johanne has over 40 years’ experience in the travel industry. She started her career in customer service and quickly embraced all that has to do around claims. Thorough her career, she has managed Customer Service Centers, Claims Departments as well as Assistance Services. For 20 years, she has worked for a large brokerage organization specializing in white labeling, working with different Canadian and International Insurers.

Johanne is a THIA member and serves on the Claims Committee, she is also a CLHIA member and serves on the Committee on Travel Insurance as well as on ad-hoc committees as needed.
