Kendall Andjelkovic is a member of the Insurance Litigation group at Beard Winter LLP. Her broad practice includes both commercial litigation and insurance litigation. She maintains a diverse practice defending various insurance law disputes, including long and short term disability claims, personal injury, product liability, recreational liability claims, property/environmental damage, commercial general liability, fire loss, and winter maintenance. She also has experience representing clients in administrative law disputes in the context of environmental and regulatory matters.
