Kevin Cooke is a Partner and Department Head of the Cunningham Swan Litigation Group. His practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, including life, health and disability litigation. Kevin has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. Kevin is the East Region Representative and Executive Board Member of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA). He is a past President of the Frontenac Law Association, and an adjunct professor at Queen's University Law School.
