Booths can have up to four exhibitor representatives. Your first two registrations are complimentary. Additional exhibitor representatives are $995 each. Access to the special event is an additional cost of $150 per representative and can be added, and paid, by the representative when registration opens in March 2025.

Thank you for being a speaker. Enter the information as how you would like it to appear in the conference agenda including your name, job title and company. Your photo and bio will be included in conference materials.

Sponsorship add-ons

Exclusive add-on options for Platinum level sponsors: 

• Sunrise Talk (Sold Out)
  This 30-minute talk will be scheduled on Thursday morning prior to the first set of workshops. Your talk will be promoted in advance on the conference website and in the event app.  (Available on a first-come basis.)  
• Exhibit Booth (Sold Out)
  Plan to be visible with your own 8x10 foot booth. Your company will be listed as an exhibitor on the conference website, event app and included in the Exhibit Hall map for attendees to find you. (Spot placement is available on a first-come basis.)  

If an option is sold out, please select another option or select to be added to a waitlist.

Please note that booth space *is* limited. Exhibitors who are also Diamond or Platinum sponsors will be given their preferred choice of booth location in the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibitors who do not want to be adjacent to their competitors should indicate this in the booth preference field below. The CLHIA will do its best to honour such requests.

Sub-letting and/or sharing of an exhibit booth is not permitted.

Final booth assignments will be communicated to exhibitors no later than Friday, May 9, 2025. The CLHIA reserves the absolute right to determine the assignment of all booths. This includes placing limits on the number of spaces available to any sector to ensure participation from the widest range of service providers as possible.

Please note that booth space *is* limited. Exhibitors who are also Diamond or Platinum sponsors will be given their preferred choice of booth location in the Exhibit Hall.

Marketing details
Please provide details about your company and contact details for the person responsible for your marketing. This person will be emailed information about how to manage your company's content in the event app and other details related to executing marketing-related benefits.

Travel and Accommodations

To better understand your travel and accommodation needs, and to help us improve our room block management for this and future conferences, please let us know your hotel and travel plans.

Social media
CLHIA staff or a third party on behalf of CLHIA may take photos and video content for use in social media and other marketing activities on platforms to promote this and future events. By completing this application, you are providing your consent to appear on these platforms. However, we take your privacy and intellectual property very seriously. If you have any concerns about your image or that of your company’s logo or assets being used, please contact events@clhia.ca.
