Lisa is a highly experienced Director in the Financial Crime Practice at Deloitte, with over 23 years supporting Fraud and Financial Crime in the Canadian Financial Services Industry. She has a proven track record in supporting and delivering across Operational Excellence, large technology implementation, and Risk, Governance & Control. Lisa has successfully led agile transformation initiatives, process management, and audit readiness, while overseeing large operational teams both within the organization and outsourcing to third parties. Prior to joining Deloitte, Lisa held an executive position at TD, where she led Canadian Fraud Operations. Currently, she spearheads Deloitte's Financial Crime for Insurance Practice, leveraging her extensive knowledge and skills to drive impactful results. In her spare time, Lisa is a ‘Softball mom’ and spends her weekends travelling across Canada and the US supporting her daughter’s passion for the sport.
