Mary Louie is the Medication Reimbursement Specialist at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. With more than 35 years’ experience in hospital pharmacy, previously overseeing In-Patient Drug Distribution and managing Pharmacy Technicians. In her current role for the past 10 years navigating patients through medication access and funding. This is a daunting process for patients and being able to providing assistance is one less concern for them to handle.
