He has worked extensively across single-service and interdisciplinary programs, supporting clients with chronic health conditions, persistent pain, and mental health challenges. Jay specializes in the application of biopsychosocial assessment and treatment approaches, integrating physical, psychological, and social factors to guide recovery and return-to-work planning. He has collaborated with most major Canadian life and health insurers, not-for-profit benefit trust organizations, and government agencies to facilitate sustainable disability outcomes. Known for providing clear, objective clinical insights, Jay supports informed decision-making among funders, medical professionals, employers, and vocational teams. In addition to his clinical work, he mentors rehabilitation teams and has contributed to the design and delivery of disability services at CBI Health.
