Ms. Marie-José Bernard is a Specialist, Supervision and Control – Market Conduct at Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) in Quebec, Canada and is responsible for implementing CCIR's Annual Statement on insurers' Market Conduct. On a day-to-day basis, she assists all clients and ensures that the AMF's in terms of fair treatment of customers are met. Marie-José has also held various positions within the AMF, notably in the Right to Practice Departments and the Litigation Department. Previously, she was Head of the Territorial Cooperation Department at the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Regional Council, France, where for several years, she managed cooperation projects and promoted European Union programs. Marie-José holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration - International Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
