Holder of a license in civil law (LL.L.) and a JurisDoctor (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa. Member of the Bar of Quebec and Law Society of Ontario since 2015, Nicole Caputo was appointed Head of Complaints Handling in 2019 at La Capitale and for all entities of the Beneva Group in 2021. She coordinates the team dedicated to complaints handling at Beneva and manages the processing of complaints for all business lines, including life and group insurance. Nicole contributed to the implementation and supervision of the new complaints handling process at Beneva and continues to be involved in the continuous improvement of the process within the company.
