Fay Coleman has been employed with the TD Bank Group for more than 30 years and has held several positions during her tenure. She is currently a Senior Compliance Manager within the TD Insurance Compliance Department and has in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance matters. This knowledge has afforded her a comprehensive and intimate understanding of the TD Insurance business, its operations, policies and procedures. Fay is a trusted advisor whose roles and responsibilities include compliance advisory and oversight of TD Insurance lines of business. Her key functions include providing advice, challenge, subject matter expertise and guidance in support of regulatory obligations, revisions/amendments of legislation/rules/regulations, investigations and strategic initiatives, to list a few. She conducts critical analysis of business processes against regulators' expectations such as the fair treatment of customers; and utilizes the results to draw conclusions and make recommendations to enhance the operating effectiveness of business controls.
