Mai-Khoi Lam serves as Chief Legal Counsel of RGA Life Reinsurance Company of Canada (“RGA Canada”). Mai-Khoi brings expertise in reinsurance treaties, governance, regulatory compliance and risk management. Based in Montreal, he overseas all legal matters pertaining to the operations of RGA Canada. Mai-Khoi joined RGA in 2004 and has also since been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of RGA Canada.
