Typhaine has been a Senior Manager, Policy (Québec) at CLHIA since March 2023. She is graduated from the University School of Management in Lille (France) and has a Master’s degree in business administration with a background in communications and literature. She settled in the province of Quebec almost 20 years ago and has worked in the insurance industry for more than 10 years. Prior to joining the CLHIA team, Typhaine worked for several years in communications in Montreal, and volunteered for a year in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the Literacy Council. Upon her return to Quebec, she joined a professional association in the P&C insurance industry and worked there for almost 9 years. As with the CLHIA today, she worked mainly to build government relations and to advocate the members’ position. She is now part of the Quebec team at the CLHIA in Montreal and is engaged in life and health insurance files. She collaborates with stakeholders and works closely with members to build consensus on industry policy positions.
