Diana has worked in the Canadian life and health insurance industry since 2005. She has been employed in risk and compliance, as well as business administration roles, with a specific focus on consumer and stakeholder outcomes. Diana is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at Pacific Blue Cross, which plays a key role in fostering a culture of belonging and respect within the organization. A core function of the committee has been to develop impactful partnerships with DEI advocacy groups, building on cultural learnings and championing inclusion and understanding in all areas of business. As a result of recent committee-led initiatives, Pacific Blue Cross has been recognized for the second year in a row as an industry leader in DEI by Insurance Business Canada.
