As the Complaints Officer for RBC Life Insurance Company, Robyn Van Zant is a subject matter expert across all product lines and sales practices. She is a strong communicator with exceptional team-building skills and leverages her growth mindset. Robyn is responsible for analyzing and reporting escalated consumer complaint data to Canadian Regulators. Robyn also provides support to Sales & Distribution teams in assigned projects, managing the execution of risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives with an impact to the sales force. In her time within the Insurance industry, she has earned the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and Canadian Risk Management designations, as well as a certificate in Regulatory Compliance and Legal Risk Management for Financial Institutions from Osgoode Hall Law School. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys hiking and investing time in her genealogy hobby.
