Harry has been a financial institutions regulator in BC for close to 30 years serving in a variety of senior management roles including regulatory approvals, prudential regulation, market conduct and enforcement, and policy. BCFSA is currently leveraging his experience as a regulatory advisor, providing advice to BCFSA’s senior leadership on regulatory issues, initiatives and supervisory practices and mentoring program area managers. Harry is also active on the national level through his participation as a member of the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR) and sitting on a number of standing committees and working groups including the Ombudservice Oversight Committee and the Climate Change, Natural Catastrophes and Consumer Awareness Working Group. In his spare time, Harry does his best to make his wife and family laugh.
