Amy joined Equitable in 2023 with a mandate to embed their purpose into everything they do, ensuring they have a positive impact on clients and society. In her role, Amy is responsible for setting the Fair Treatment of Clients strategy and driving its execution. She is also leading the Sustainability strategy and ensures Equitable holds itself accountable by measuring and sharing the success of our client and community impact. For nearly 25 years, Amy’s worked in the financial services, investments and insurance industries where she excelled in client relationship management, product development, distribution strategy and marketing communications. Throughout her career she’s been focused on creating positive outcomes for clients and driving change for purpose-led organizations. Amy has her Masters of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, Canadian Investment Managers designation and Partners, Directors and Senior Officers credentials. She also completed the Stanford L.E.A.D. Corporate Innovation Certificate program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
