Lynne is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Blue Cross Life, where she leads the organization’s legal, compliance, and complaints functions. As a member of the senior management team, she advises on corporate strategy, regulatory matters, and legal risk, with a focus on enabling the business to move forward with clarity and confidence.

She brings extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, with a background spanning litigation, regulatory compliance, and insurance operations. Her work is grounded in the day-to-day realities of the life insurance industry, including policy design and interpretation, distribution, conduct risk, and liability management.

Lynne is known for making legal and compliance advice practical, accessible, and aligned with operational needs. She has a particular interest in helping organizations manage risk effectively while maintaining momentum.

She is a member of both the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario.

Outside of work, Lynne enjoys travelling, distance running, and spending time at various hockey rinks. She maintains a healthy skepticism about early mornings.
