Inna is a Partner with Deloitte’s Transfer Pricing practice in Toronto. She has over 15 years of experience in transfer pricing, and extensive experience in economic research and consulting prior to joining transfer pricing.

Inna successfully advised many multinational FSI groups on a broad array of the most challenging matters. She assisted insurance companies with structuring, documentation and implementation of all types of transactions, including reinsurance, intercompany loans and guarantees, shared services, and asset management service. Inna also has experience with business restructurings and attribution of profits to branches of insurance companies.
