Noeline Simon is Vice President, Taxation, Pensions and Reporting at the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association. Noeline oversees the industry's issues related to taxation, development and implementation of new accounting standards, and for pension policy reform and administration.

Previously, Noeline was Vice President, Financial Regulations at Manulife Financial and prior to that held positions as Vice President, International Financial Reporting and as Vice President, Tax Planning and Governance at Sun Life. Noeline also has tax consulting experience having worked at Deloitte in Toronto and with a firm in the United Kingdom. Noeline, who has an FCCA designation (Chartered Certified Accountant) from the United Kingdom.
