D’Arcy is a Partner-Carbon/Indirect Tax with Deloitte’s Toronto office. D’Arcy's area of practice includes GST/HST/QST/PST and ESG/Carbon transactional work, planning, opinions, and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on Financial Services and Cross-Border transactions.D’Arcy has acted as counsel on numerous high profile tax litigation matters, including appearances before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. D’Arcy is currently the Chair of the CRA Liaison Committee for the Commodity Tax, Customs, and Trade Section of the Canadian Bar Association. D’Arcy has been an instructor at the CPA Canada In-Depth HST Course for the past several years, has been consistently recommended for Commodity Tax/Customs in the Lexpert Legal Directory, and has been repeatedly recognized by International Tax Review as a Leading Indirect Tax Advisor in Canada.
