Heather is the Director of Funds Inforce Management at Canada Life where she has a range of responsibilities related to supporting the inforce block of segregated funds policies. Heather has been involved with segregated fund Total Cost Reporting since 2018 and is co-leading the implementation of the new regulations at Canada Life. Heather is an active member of the CLHIA Total Cost Reporting Working Group. Heather is a graduate of Western University, where she obtained her Honors degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. Heather first joined Canada Life in the London office in 2002. Heather has had the opportunity to work in a number of different roles over her career which include Marketing, Reinsurance, Funds Product Development, Non Par Valuation, Par Dividend Scale Management and in her current role in Funds Inforce Management.
