Ms. Hayes is the Global Head of Market Conduct Compliance for Manulife located in Waterloo, Ontario. In this role, Kim's primary responsibility is to provide leadership, direction, and support to the Market Conduct Compliance Departments across the globe around the execution of the Company's Market Conduct compliance and examination programs.

Kim has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years with previous experience in a variety of roles including compliance with Manulife and Manulife Securities, as a branch manager in the securities industry, an investment advisor, as well as experience with a Schedule A bank. Kim has a BA in Psychology, a Level II insurance license, and is a Certified Financial Planner.
