Anne-Marie Lévesque currently serves as Assistant Vice-President and Managing Counsel, Litigation at Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. Anne-Marie is responsible for overseeing litigation across Canada in areas such as Fraud Risk Management, Retail Advice and Solutions, Sun Life Global Investments, and Sun Life Health. In addition, she also oversees litigation matters for all business units in the province of Quebec. Before joining Sun Life, Anne-Marie spent 15 years practicing as a litigation lawyer in a large firm specializing in class actions, life and health insurance and professional liability. She holds a law degree from Université de Montréal, graduating in 1996, and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1997. Anne-Marie also earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
