Prior to managing the training team at DMI, Stephanie Clement has been actively involved in the field of rehabilitation, health management, and vocational counselling for the past 30 years. Trained as a vocational counsellor, Stephanie has worked with a wide range of disabilities. The focus of her practice has always been proactive return-to-work when return to own occupation has not been possible. Stephanie’s experience has led her to become active as a coach and trainer, while gaining new competencies through continuous education to stay knowledgeable about the new challenges arising in the field of disability management. Trained in motivational interviewing, Stephanie has integrated these skills into her coaching and mentoring practice as well as in all training material pertaining to disability case management.
