With 25 years of experience in disability and case management, Amy has excelled in specialist and managerial roles across the government and insurance sectors. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Psychology from Queen’s University and a Behavioural Science Technology Diploma; this background influences her understanding of human and organizational behaviour, communication, and problem solving. Currently, she leads the Quality Assurance program for an expanding disability management company, driving development of quality case management, safe and sustainable Return-to-Work Planning, and elevating the Client Experience.
