Stacey is Director, Claims, managing claims across several lines of business in Canada. Since joining Munich Re in 2005, she has led and performed numerous claim audits, particularly in disability claims operations and adjudication, providing clients with valuable and tailored insight into their results. She has also been a significant contributor to a variety of Munich Re projects, publications and surveys related to disability case management. Stacey is bilingual in English/French and holds the ACS and FLMI industry designations.
