Task: Disability

Disability industry stakeholders—including insurers, employers, case managers, rehabilitation professionals, and advocates—play an essential role in supporting individuals who rely on Canada’s disability benefit systems. Two of the most significant public programs are the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit (CPPD) and the Quebec Pension Plan Disability Benefit (QPPD).

This session will provide an overview of CPPD and QPPD benefits, focusing on practical considerations for professionals working in disability management, insurance, rehabilitation, and workplace support.
