Alexandra Perry is a national leader in substance-use health, disability management, and evidence-based workplace policy. As SOMA Medical’s National Director of Substance Use Policy and Programs, she oversees the development of integrated assessment pathways, IME standards, and recovery-focused return-to-work tools used across Canada. With a background in trauma-informed practice, organizational leadership, and clinical systems design, Alexandra supports insurers, employers, unions, and healthcare providers in navigating complex substance use and concurrent-disorder cases. She brings extensive experience in multidisciplinary assessments, highrisk consultation, and strategic policy development. Alexandra is currently completing her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with research focused on leadership, burnout, stress, and systemic change in mental health and occupational environments.
