Michael Radano, MBA, CAE, ICD.D, is a senior executive with over 35 years of international leadership experience spanning engineering, product marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, operations, executive management, and consulting across for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, Michael brings extensive expertise in governance, strategy, organizational transformation, and board relations. He has served in board leadership roles, including Board Chair of small technology startups and past President of the AMSSA Board, and is an active mentor through New Ventures BC and a judge for SFU’s international CASEIT competition. Michael holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and the CAE and ICD.D designations.
