The conference runs from Wednesday, May 22 to Friday, May 24 at Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, Vancouver, British Columbia. All conference sessions are at the hotel on the third floor. Refer to the agenda for more information.

Here’s what you need to know
Collect your badge from the Registration desk starting at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the Pavilion ballroom.  Breakfast runs from 7:40 a.m. – 8:40 a.m. in the Junior Ballroom. 
Conference opening remarks start at 8:40 a.m. in the Pavilion ballroom. 
Dress code for the conference is business casual. The Special Event on the evening of May 23 is casual (e.g. jeans) and we advise bringing a sweater or jacket, as it will likely be cool at the top of the mountain.

How to use the CLHIA Events app powered by Event Mobi™ 

  1. Tap the CLHIA Events icon on your device 
  2. Tap on CLHIA Compliance and Consumer Complaints Annual Conference from the list of events 
  3. Sign in using the email address you used to register and pay for the event and follow the instructions for creating or resetting your password. If you’ve attended any of our past virtual events, enter the password for your Event Mobi account. Forgot your password? Follow the instructions for retrieving your password right in the app.

Tip! We recommend downloading and testing the app now before you arrive at the conference.

Visit eventmobi.com/ccos2024 in a browser and login to your account.

Need a copy of your invoice? 
Log back into the registration site to email or download a copy of your receipt.
