Complimentary registration passes – includes entry to plenary sessions, workshops, welcome reception, refreshments, the special event, and access to PDF versions of most presentations after the conference in the event app.

Additional event passes may be purchased by CLHIA members and affiliates at the applicable rate once published. Non-members may purchase passes at the non-member rate, subject to CLHIA approval and availability.

Exclusive special event sponsor – A representative from your company will share brief remarks during the plenary on the special event day.  Your company logo will be recognized as the special event sponsor on the conference website, event app and at the event. Plus, receive verbal recognition during the Chair’s remarks. 

The sponsor representative must use one of the registration passes included in the sponsorship package.

How the application process works.  

  • Find your invitation email from the CLHIA and click on the Apply to sponsor button in the email.
  • Complete the application which includes selecting your desired sponsorship level, and submitting payment (credit card or electronic funds transfer).
  • Receive a confirmation email from events@clhia.ca. 
  • CLHIA will reach out to the the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship and process for registering sponsor reps. Registration opens in February and reps must be registered no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
