This annual meeting brings together lawyers from life and health insurance companies that are members of the CLHIA to discuss issues of common interest relating to both corporate and litigation matters. This event regularly attracts over 100 attendees from across Canada.

Guest Speaker

Former Judge Marion Buller will speak about important and current issues of equity, diversity and inclusion specific to Indigenous lawyers in the profession and to Indigenous people in Canada. She was the first Indigenous woman appointed as a Provincial Court Judge in British Columbia. She retired in 2016 in order to serve as Chief Commissioner for the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
