Who is eligible to attend this event?

The CLHIA 2021 Legal Section Annual Meeting is only open to CLHIA member company personnel and those who work for our industry affiliates. If you’re not sure about your eligibility, contact events@clhia.ca 
 

How do I register for this event?

If you’ve been personally invited to this event by email, follow the instructions in the email you received by choosing to accept the invitation and proceed with payment. You’ll be asked to create a password. Your company email address and password will allow you to return to this website to make changes to your registration profile.

Interested in attending and you work for a CLHIA member company or industry affiliate? Complete the registration form. Use your company email address. Personal emails and home addresses will be rejected. Registrations are subject to eligibility requirements. You will receive an email confirming or declining your request within one (1) business day.
 

How do I register more than one person from my team?

You can register up to ten (10) people working for the same CLHIA member company or industry affiliate and pay the total for these registrations by credit card. Contact events@clhia.ca for assistance.
 

What forms of payment does the CLHIA accept?

The CLHIA accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
 

When does registration close?

Payments are accepted up until the end of the first day of the event.
 

How do I cancel my registration and request a refund?

Requests for refunds must be submitted to the CLHIA ten (10) or more business days prior to the first day of the event. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable. Paid registrations can be canceled by contacting events@clhia.ca. Refunds are subject to our event refund and cancellation policy.
 

I have already registered and paid but can’t attend, can I send a colleague in my place?

Absolutely! Send an email to mfernandes@clhia.ca with the first name, last name, title and email address of the colleague who will be attending in your place. Substitutions are accepted up until one business day before the start of the event.

How do I access the virtual event space?

The virtual event space hosted by EventMobi, is expected to open at least ten (10) business days before the start of the annual meeting. You will receive an email asking you to sign in at that time. Your company email address is used to log into the virtual event space and you’ll be asked to enter your existing EventMobi password or to create a password when prompted. A link will be provided on the home page of this website and by email.


Will the virtual event be recorded?

Yes. If you miss a session select recordings will be made available post event. We will also post any presentations or supplementary material provided no more than 30 days after the event has ended to the virtual event space. You will receive an email when the recordings are available. Presentations will also be posted to the CLHIA Member Centre post event.
