As we approach the CLHIA Tax Officers Conference, we recognize the potential Air Canada strike may affect your travel plans next week. Please review our latest travel notice for updates and alternative travel options as we continue to monitor the situation.

While we continue to track developments, we remain excited to welcome you to Charlottetown. Below are important details to help you prepare for the conference, including onsite logistics, and event app details.

Arriving in Charlottetown 

Plan ahead! Airport transfer options can be limited during peak travel times. Download Kari – the local ride sharing app, or carpool with colleagues in a rental or taxi. Learn more.  

At the conference 

All conference sessions will be at the hotel on the Convention Centre Level. 

Collect your badge from the registration desk starting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday before heading to the Meet and Greet in the ballrooms on the Convention Centre Level at 5:30 p.m.

The opening plenary begins at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the Rustico/Tracadie ballroom.

The dress code for the conference and social events is business casual.

Meals: Breakfast will be provided Tuesday-Thursday, and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
