CLHIA’s Legal Section Annual Meeting is the only conference in the industry that connects industry lawyers from member companies with representatives from industry affiliated law firms. These legal life and health insurance professionals specialize in regulatory affairs, compliance, policy contract issues, litigation and dispute resolution as well as privacy and cybersecurity matters.
This annual event will take place Wednesday, September 10 to Friday, September 12 at the Delta Hotels Prince Edward in Charlottetown and will bring together 125+ attendees from across Canada. We want you to be part of it again, or for the first time!

Got your invite to sponsor?
Here's how the application process works:
- Find your invitation email from the CLHIA.
- Click on the Sponsor Now button in the email for your desired sponsor level. Your on-site company representative should complete the application.
- Complete the application which includes selecting your sponsorship level, uploading your company logo and submitting payment (credit card or electronic funds transfer).
- Receive a confirmation email from events@clhia.ca.
- CLHIA will reach out to the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship and process for registering sponsor reps
- Registration opens in June and reps must be registered no later than Friday, August 1, 2025. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
