Group Block Rates and Reservations
We encourage conference attendees to make reservations at the host hotel, the Delta Hotels Prince Edward to take advantage of the discounted rates secured by CLHIA. Reservations must be received on or before August 12, 2025, and must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Discounted hotel rates are subject to applicable provincial and local taxes (currently 18.45%) and based on per room per night. Additional fees for triple and quad occupancy.
- Standard single/ double $329
The special rate is available until August 9, 2025, or until the block is filled. The group rate may be offered three days prior to and 3 days following the dates of the conference, based on availability.
Reservations can also be made with Marriott directly at 1 (800) 268-1133. Please state that you are with the CLHIA to receive the discounted conference rates.

From YYG Airport to hotel - approximately 15 minutes
Consider using one of our preferred travel partners if you are travelling direct to Charlottetown, PEI. Air Canada, and WestJet, are offering discounts to attendees travelling for the conference and we'll post airfare discount codes when they become available.
