I have worked in the insurance industry since 2002, including 20 years with Manulife. Over this time, I have held a variety of roles across the disability claims spectrum, including STD Case Manager, LTD Case Manager, Appeal Specialist, Audit Specialist, and Disability Claim Consultant. I currently serve as an Associate Manager with the Audit and Best Practices team.

This progression has given me a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of disability claim management and the critical connections between each role in the process. I draw on this experience to promote quality, consistency, and best practices that enhance both the plan sponsor and claimant experience, while supporting strong and sustainable business outcomes.
