How the application process works.
- Find your invitation email from the CLHIA
- Click on the Sponsor Now button in the email for your desired sponsor level. Your on-site company representative should complete the application.
- Complete the application which includes selecting your sponsorship level, and submitting payment (credit card or electronic funds transfer).
- Receive a confirmation email from events@clhia.ca.
- CLHIA will reach out to the the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship and process for registering sponsor reps. Registration opens in March and reps must be registered no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
